Delivery & Returns
UK Mainland standard delivery
Delivery is free on orders over £50 (UK Mainland only).
Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped for delivery the next working day (Monday - Saturday). Please note, this is not a guaranteed delivery service. From time to time, your order may take slightly longer. Smaller items will be delivered with Evri and larger items sent with DPD on a next day service. Track and manage your large item order via the DPD app.
Oversized or extremely fragile orders qualify for a different shipping policy. See below for more details.
Oversized or fragile items
If an item is considered 'oversized' or 'extremely fragile' it will be clearly stated at the bottom of the product's description. If a product provides no reference to it being 'oversized' or 'extremely fragile', it qualifies for standard delivery as per above.
For oversized or extremely fragile items, we use a specialist 2-man courier who take greater care of our products. Due to this, delivery may take between 1 - 2 weeks. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Once our courier has collected your item(s) they will call you directly to arrange a suitable day/time for delivery. Please note, missed deliveries will be the customers responsibility and re-delivery attempts will be charged.
Northern Ireland shipping rates will be calculated at checkout depending on the product size & weight. We cannot ship oversized and fragile items to Northern Ireland.
Small items (everything except furniture and large items)
We are confident you will love your items, however, we appreciate from time-to-time items will need to be sent back. No problem!
Simply get in touch with us within 14 days at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item back to us in the same packaging within 28 days of delivery. All we ask is both the product and packaging is totally unmarked. Defaced, ripped or unpresentable boxes will incur a £5 charge per box. This will be deducted from the refund.

Furniture & large item returns
If you wish to return your furniture or large item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. An item is considered a large item if we deem it too large to be dropped off at a drop off shop. This roughly equates to a box size of 55cm x 55cm x 55cm.
All items must be in their original packaging, unmarked and suitable for resale. We cannot issue refunds for items that don't come in their original packaging.
Simply email email@example.com and we will arrange a collection for you. Following safe receipt of the goods, a full refund will be arranged minus the following delivery charges –
UK Mainland return charges, (items under 1 meter in any direction) - £35 for the first item and £10 for every additional item thereafter.
UK Mainland return charges, (items over 1 meter in any direction) - £45 for the first item and £10 for every additional item thereafter.
Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands - £55 for the first item and £15 for every additional item thereafter.
Please note that defaced, ripped or unpresentable boxes will incur a £10 charge per box. This will be deducted from the refund.
Oversized or fragile item returns
UK Mainland returns charges - £75 per item.
Scottish Highlands returns charges - £90 per item.
Please note that we reserve the right to deduct an amount that we deem fair for any defaced, ripped or unpresentable boxes. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse the full refund for any damage found to returned items.
Our decision will be final.
Whilst in most cases the collection will take place within a week, at times it may take longer. In such cases, please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be collected.
Important information regarding all oversized/extremely fragile returns.
Our couriers will contact you to arrange a suitable collection date. There will be one collection attempt only. Whilst our couriers endeavour to provide a time window, please be aware that from time to time they can arrive outside of this period. Irrespective of this, please ensure that you are available throughout the day to hand over the items. If the collection is missed the return charge will reapply in full.
Damaged or incorrect items
We check most items before shipping. This means damages and incorrect items are a rarity, however, if this is the case we ask you contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. This must be done as soon as possible and in any case within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Thereafter we will either replace the damaged item or arrange for the item to be delivered back to us via DPD's drop off service and a new item shipped out.
We suggest upon delivery that you check your items for any damage. Once goods have been checked and signed for, Vaunt Design can take no responsibility for damages or loss.
At any time before the item is dispatched you may cancel your order for a full refund. Full refunds will also be given for cancelled orders after the items are dispatched, minus delivery and return costs. All cancelled orders will levy a 3% surcharge to account for order transaction costs.
