Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all items within 1 - 3 working days. Furniture can take a little longer, however, as a worst-case scenario, you can still expect to receive your furniture delivery within 2 - 3 weeks.
International Shipping & Republic of Ireland
International & Republic of Ireland shipments will be determined on a case by case basis. Please email email@example.com to enquire.
We are confident you will love your items, however, we appreciate from time to time items will need to be sent back. No problem!
Simply get in touch with us within 14 days at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item back to us in the same packaging within 28 days of delivery. All we ask is both the product and packaging is totally unmarked.
2 Western Terrace
If you wish to return your furniture order, you may do so within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and suitable for resale. Simply email email@example.com and we will arrange a collection for you. Following safe receipt of the goods, a full refund will be arranged minus the following delivery charges -
UK mainland return charges - £45 for the first item and £10 for every additional item thereafter.
Northern Ireland & Scotland - £60 for the first item and £10 for every additional item thereafter.
We kindly ask all returns to be shipped and paid for by the customer. Once we have taken receipt of the goods and checked for damage to the product and packaging, we will issue a full refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
We check every item before shipping. This means damages and incorrect items are a rarity, however, if this is the case we ask you contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. This must be done as soon as possible and in any case within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Thereafter we will arrange for the item to be delivered back to us and a new item shipped out.
We suggest upon delivery that you check your items for any damage. If this for any reason is not possible, please sign as ‘not seen’. Once goods have been checked and signed for, Vaunt Design can take no responsibility for damages or loss.
At any time before the item is dispatched you may cancel your order for a full refund. Full refunds will also be given for cancelled orders after the items are dispatched, minus delivery costs.
