Ten-Year Frame Guarantee
We offer a ten-year guarantee on the structural hardwood frames and within our sofas and upholstered furniture, under normal domestic residential use.
This guarantee covers manufacturing defects relating to:
- Hardwood frame construction
- Structural frame failure
- Serpentine spring systems
One-Year Upholstery & Manufacturing Guarantee
We provide a one-year guarantee covering manufacturing defects relating to:
- Upholstery workmanship
- Stitching and seam failure
- Cushion interiors and foam cores
- Recliner, modular or mechanical components where applicable
Exclusions
The Vaunt Design Guarantee does not cover:
- General wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Misuse, neglect or abuse
- Improper cleaning or unsuitable cleaning products
- Commercial, hospitality or high-traffic use unless explicitly agreed in writing
- Fabric fading, colour transfer or dye migration
- Pet damage
- Natural softening or settlement of cushions and fillings
- Fabric creasing, stretching, shading or pile movement
- Variations in timber grain, texture or tonal appearance
- Damage resulting from failure to follow the recommended care guidance
- Damage resulting from excessive, unreasonable, or abnormal loading beyond the product’s intended use or weight capacity. Natural characteristics associated with upholstered furniture and premium upholstery fabrics are not considered manufacturing defects.

-Photographs where appropriate
Our team will assess the issue and advise on the most suitable next steps. Vaunt Design reserves the right to inspect, repair, replace or supply replacement
components before offering a refund or replacement. All guarantee claims are assessed in accordance with the terms of the Vaunt Design Guarantee and do not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
