UK Mainland Standard Delivery

 

Free Next Day Delivery on Orders Over £100 (UK Mainland Only)

Orders for in stock items placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day for next day delivery. Excl Sundays.

 

Shipping Services - Delivery service will be clearly indicated under the Delivery & Returns dropdown on the product page. 

  • Small items (under 2kg): Sent via Evri Next Day. Please note this is an untracked service.
  • Large items (over 2kg): Shipped with DHL Next Day. A Track & Trace number will be provided.
  • Oversized & fragile items: See information below.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • During busy periods, dispatch or delivery may take slightly longer.
  • Oversized or fragile items follow a different shipping policy – see below for details.



Oversized & Fragile Item Delivery

 

If an item is classed as oversized or extremely fragile, this will be clearly stated in the delivery and returns tab on the product page.

Specialist Delivery Service

Oversized and fragile items are delivered by a 2-man courier service who handle goods with extra care.

  • Delivery time: 2–4 days. Excl Sundays. (if in stock at the time of purchase)
  • Remote areas: May take slightly longer

 

Delivery Process

Once the item has been collected by the courier, they’ll contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery day and time.

 

Important Notes

  • Missed deliveries are the customer’s responsibility. Re-delivery will incur an additional charge.
  • We highly recommend that someone is present to inspect the item at delivery.


Northern Ireland

 

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout depending on the product size and weight. We cannot ship oversized and fragile items to Northern Ireland.

Returns Information


Small Items (Under 2kg)

  • Email info@vauntdesign.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return the item within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers must arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, including all inserts, corner protectors and protective materials to ensure safe transit.

  • All packaging must be unmarked and suitable for resale. Missing, damaged, or marked packaging will incur a £15 charge per box.

  • Presentation boxes for clocks, vases, and similar items must be returned undamaged. Missing or damaged boxes will void the refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a full refund for any damage found to returned items. 

  • A refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.


Large Items (Over 2kg)

  • Email info@vauntdesign.com within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange collection.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging, including all inserts, corner protectors and protective materials to ensure safe transit.

  • All packaging must be unmarked and suitable for resale. Missing, damaged, or marked packaging will incur a £30 charge per box on top of the return fee.

  • Presentation boxes for clocks, vases, and similar items must be returned undamaged. Missing or damaged boxes will void the refund.

  • ·        We reserve the right to refuse a full refund for any damage found to returned items.

  • A refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

 

Return fee (UK Mainland):

-              £15 for the first box

-              £10 for each additional box


Oversized or Fragile Item Returns

    • Email info@vauntdesign.com within 30 days of delivery to arrange collection.
    • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, including all inserts, corner protectors and protective materials to ensure safe transit.
    • All packaging must be unmarked and suitable for resale. Missing, damaged, or marked packaging will incur a £50 charge per box on top of the return fee.
    • We reserve the right to refuse a full refund for any damage found to returned items.
    • A refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item minus the following return fees:

    Return fee (UK Mainland):

    -              £65 for the first box

    -              £35 for each additional box

     

    If Original Packaging Is Not Available

     

    If the original packaging is unavailable, the customer must provide a sturdy dual ply box and protective polystyrene corner protectors at their own cost.

    Replacement packaging must be similar in quality and size to the original, protect all sides during transit, and ensure the item arrives in undamaged, resalable condition. Insufficient protection that leads to damage during return transit will void the refund under our returns policy.

     

    Important Information Regarding All Returns

    There will be one collection attempt only. Couriers will provide a time window, but may arrive outside of it. Please ensure someone is available throughout the day to hand over the items. If the collection is missed, the return charge will reapply in full.


    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    All items are carefully checked before dispatch, so damages or errors are rare. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@vauntdesign.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.


    Order Cancellation

    You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch for a refund. If cancelled after dispatch, a refund will be given minus delivery and return costs. All cancellations are subject to a 3% fee to cover transaction charges.
